SWTOR | Darth Malgus Command Chamber

I made this vehicle for the 10th anniversary SWTOR digital collector's edition. This vehicle has a mount flourish where upon a keypress, the top lifts up and ejects a boxdroid with animated periscope, then returns the top back to place. The shape of the vehicle and top lift action was inspired by Darth Vader's meditation chamber from Empire Strikes Back. I used this inspiration to create a "meditation chamber / command center" vehicle for Malgus, and for release to players. I concepted this on paper, modeled in 3DSMax, made textures in Substance Painter, and assembled the components in our engine, using the vfx system to animate all the parts, lights, etc.
