7.1 SWTOR | Naboo G-Type Speeder

Inspired by the Naboo N-1 starfighter featured in the Book of Boba Fett chapter 5, this Naboo G-Type speeder attempts to retain design influences from the Naboo asset, but roll the aesthetic back in time to our SWTOR era. It has engine nacelles with thruster color tied to player equipped color crystal on a lazy follow rig so as you tilt and bank while driving, they lag behind the rotational tilt of the vehicle in a dynamic way. Likewise the instrument cluster contains emissive readout indicators for tilt, for when the missiles fire and reload, as well as a compass readout.

This was concepted by me on paper, modeled in MAX, textured in Substance Painter. I was responsible for All concept and design, animation, model, materials, textures, VFX and engine integration.

This vehicle was released in the 7.1 content drop for Star Wars: The Old Republic.
